Order Inquiries

Please email brynleysbows@gmail.com for all order related questions. Emails are checked and responded to daily Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm EST.

Pick Up Policy

Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of receiving ready to pick up notification. Pick up location will be provided in the notification of where your order will be placed. If there are multiple orders in the pick up bin, please only take your order. Failure to do so will result in pick up no longer being an option. If orders are not picked up within 48 hours then the order will be refunded and will be removed from the pickup bin. After 2 non pickups, any further orders must be shipped, if shipping is not selected when checking out then your order will automatically be refunded.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of your order being placed unless it is preorder. Tracking will always be uploaded to your order as soon as a label is made. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be on case by case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me via email at brynleysbows@gmail.com and provide photos of your claim within 24 hours of receiving your order. Anything after 24 hours of your order showing delivered, no refunds will be given.
